About Us

What we do

We help locally-driven businesses leverage household-level consumer data, along with algorithms and predictive analytics, for smarter marketing and optimized site selection.

Our story

Local Data Labs was founded when an entrepreneur with a 20-year background in software, analytics, and startups came together with a real estate development firm with a 25-year background in self-storage and hotels. They saw an opportunity to leverage the most granular, household-level consumer data for more informed marketing and site selection.

Today, we offer a productized version of the internally-developed platform, a cloud-based data & analytics platform built from the ground-up, leveraging the latest predictive algorithms available.
